2. Place your order online and call or chat with us if you have any questions.
3. During the ordering process, enter your desired delivery address. We aim to deliver within 7 working days.
4. Decide how you want to pay during the payment process; credit card, Ideal, Klarna, pay later are among the options.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to ask for your audiogram and send you a questionnaire. This way, our experienced hearing care professionals can fine-tune your hearing aid to your hearing. The adjustment of your aid is based on a recent hearing test. If you do not have a recent test, you can still have one performed by us.
Have you ordered a custom product? Then we will also contact you. Concerning your ear impressions and or the making thereof.
