All these manufacturers have their own matching domes. Do you have a hearing aid from AudioService or Signia? The domes from Connexx fit these hearing aids and you will also find these in our range.
Important to know about hearing aid domes
Domes are made of a soft material and are clicked onto the hearing aid. Should the dome come loose in the ear canal, this will not cause any damage. However, it is important that you carefully pull it out. If this does not work immediately, have someone help you, but do not push the dome further into the ear canal. Only push the tube or speaker back into the ear canal once the dome has been removed from the ear.
To prevent the domes from remaining in the ear canal, it is important to replace them regularly. Over time, the material can become weaker or cracks can appear in the dome. This makes it easier for them to remain in the ear canal. This also affects the quality of the sound. In addition, it is important to clean the dome daily so that the sound remains optimal. Use a suitable alcohol-based cloth to clean it. You can find this in our cleaning range.
