CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, that is possible. You can always HEAR our hearing aids for 60 DAYS! Are you not satisfied with your purchase after these 60 days? Then you can return the hearing aids to Onlinehoortoestel.nl.
The 60 days start from the day you receive the hearing aids.
Other products, such as accessories, from Onlinehoortoestel.nl have a return period of 14 days. To return your items, we request that you follow the following steps.

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

To return the items, please follow these steps:

  • Put the ordered item(s) back in the original packaging. Please note, return the goods in their original condition and undamaged. If the original packaging is missing, we will charge for any depreciation.
  • Please send your return, stating your order number, to:

  • If possible, add the reason for return to the package. This is valuable information for us, so that we can continue to optimize our service.
  • We will refund the entire purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.
  • EXCEPTION: Hygiene products, such as earplugs and earmolds, whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.
  • For products other than hearing aids, a withdrawal period of 14 days applies. You can inform us within 14 days of receipt that you are cancelling the purchase. You then have 14 days to actually return the products. We will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR RETURNS?

The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and depend on the size of the package, the weight and the carrier.
Within the EU you can send your return with any local carrier.
Please note: please do not send your package COD. In case of damage or an unstamped shipment, we can charge costs.

Important information for sending your return outside the EU:
 Is your shipment coming from outside the EU? Then send it with UPS Fed-ex. Add the invoice. Indicate 'Duty Paid' and that it is a return, so 'Returned goods' and not 'Commercial goods' . Make sure that the weight of the package is entered correctly.
Please note: shipments for which import duties are due cannot be recovered from us. We will not accept these and they will be returned.

RETURNING A HEARING AID

Cancellation of agreement and return without giving any reason:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 60 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 60 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your cancellation of this contract by means of a statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form (PDF) for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. You may also use the European model cancellation form to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, you are not obliged to use this form.

The 60-day cooling-off period applies to hearing aids. You are on time if you return the goods before the 60-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense.
