What is a remote appointment?
Technology offers so many new possibilities! This is why our audiologist can serve you online. You do not need an account to make an appointment, just the app of your hearing aid brand on your mobile phone.
What exactly is done during this appointment?
After purchasing the hearing aids, they are set by our audiologists using a hearing test (audiogram). The hearing aid is then further adjusted based on your wishes obtained from our questionnaire. The first adjustment is completely free of charge. If you want another adjustment after six weeks, we charge 35 euros for a 30-minute consultation.
